My name is DJ Koester, I am twelve-years-old and I like to ride horses.I have finally gotten my own horse and her name is Poptop.She is a black Tennessee Walking Horse.

I also ride other horses they're names are Sugar, Eldo, Dancer, and Angel.  Basketball is a fun sport. I have played basketball for 6 years.

I am a TWHBEA Youth Ambassador & Superior Champion, it was very hard to earn but I had fun.

  I started riding horses when I was just a baby.  My first horse was Spot, a plastic horse on wheels.  Then I got Spot II which is a stick horse.  I have rode him for 6 years.  I got SpotII for my first birthday.  Then I started to ride Angel and Dancer in Leadline.  This class is where I guide the horse and Grandpa Leads her.

In 2001, I started showing by myself at the Quad City Walking Horse Show/FOSH Region 2 Show.  I show in Trail Obstacle, Model, Showmanship, 2 gait class, Water Glass Class, Bribe your Horse, and Catalog Race.

I have won lots of ribbons and honors including:

WHOA International Champion 3x

TWHBEA World Versatility Show Champion

SSHAI 11 & Under HI-point Champion 3x

SSHAI Youth Hi-Point Champion 2007

TWHBEA Top Ten Champion 2007  Obstacle Driving

I have finally gotten my SUPERIOR CHAMPIONSHIP
